From 2026 to 11, the IICIE International Integrated Circuit Innovation Expo was held in grand style at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). Shenzhen Mingyuan Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. showcased its lineup of ultrasonic aluminum wire bonding equipment at booth 14A69. Focusing on semiconductor packaging and new energy manufacturing scenarios, the company demonstrated the technical capabilities and application achievements of domestic ultrasonic bonding equipment to industry customers from home and abroad.
This year's exhibition, themed "Cross-Border Integration & Full-Chain Synergy: Building a Distinctive Chip Ecosystem," gathered enterprises across the entire integrated circuit supply chain. Mingyuan Automation showcased its Wedge Bond ultrasonic wedge bonding equipment, IGBT module wire bonding machines, MOSFET power device bonding systems, and battery pack ultrasonic aluminum wire welding solutions at the booth. The company also demonstrated key technologies—including CCD visual auto-alignment and digital closed-loop pressure control—through process explanations and live sample trials, drawing significant interest from power semiconductor packaging manufacturers, new energy battery companies, and international buyers.
During the exhibition, Mingyuan Automation's marketing and technical teams held in-depth discussions with multiple Southeast Asian clients, reaching consensus on process compatibility, delivery timelines, and after-sales support for ultrasonic wire bonding equipment. The company has confirmed exports of its ultrasonic aluminum wire bonding equipment to Southeast Asian countries, where it will be deployed in local power semiconductor packaging and new energy battery manufacturing lines. This marks a milestone as Mingyuan Automation's domestic bonding equipment officially enters the overseas market.
